Hi!  My name is Laurie.  I am married to Richard, an amazing husband and stay-at-home dad.  We have two kids: Genevieve, 8, and Jonathan, 6.  I work at Los Alamos National Laboratory researching electromagnetic pulses.  I just started my fifth class (on Church History) in the Diocesean School for Ministry, a program of 10 classes over 2 1/2 years.  I have entered the process as a bi-vocational priest, which means, God willing, I will both be a priest and keep my day job.

I have a passion for making God known in the world and for bringing people into the Body of Christ so they can grow and be nurtured in their relationship with Him.  Or in other words, bringing the Church to the people and the people to the Church.
