ADMINISTRATION MINISTRY Chair: Karen Humphrey Vestry representative: Otis (Pete) Peterson Objective: to assist the Rector in addressing the administrative matters of the church, including personnel, communications, office operations and administrative policy development. Activities: - Support oversight of parish personnel, including the development and maintenance of position descriptions and personnel policies.
- Support oversight and direction of parish office operational and budgetary issues.
- Establish parish administrative policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain facility use agreements and policies.
- Encourage parish communication through Tidings, bulletin boards, etc..
- Establish general contractual agreements not handled through other ministries.
- Review and ensure adequacy of parish liability and other insurance policies.
- Assist Rector in personnel matters, as requested.
- Update annual inventory of office equipment.
- Oversee Van usage and Support
Kelly Hall: Kelly Hall is available for rental for wedding receptions, dances, concerts, etc. Rental application available in the Church Office. 
TOTH Church Van use: Our church van is available for use by TOTH parisheners. Drivers must be registered with our insurance. Forms are available in the church office. Van must be reserved 2 weeks in advanced.
