ADMINISTRATION MINISTRY

Objective: to assist the Rector in addressing the administrative matters of the Church, including personnel, communications, office operations, and administrative-policy development.

Activities:

  • Support oversight of parish personnel, including the development and maintenance of position descriptions and personnel policies.
  • Support oversight and direction of parish office operational and budgetary issues.
  • Establish parish administrative policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain facility use agreements and policies.
  • Encourage parish communication through Tidings, bulletin boards, etc.
  • Establish general contractual agreements not handled through other ministries.
  • Review and ensure adequacy of parish liability and other insurance policies.
  • Assist Rector in personnel matters as requested.
  • Update annual inventory of office equipment.
  • Oversee Van usage and Support

Kelly Hall:

Kelly Hall is available for rental for wedding receptions, dances, concerts, etc.  Facilities Use Agreement and four associated appendices are available for downloading.  These contain the information for the rental process, prices, and rules and regulations.  These documents are also available in the Church Office.  See the information under Remository.

 

 

TOTH Church Van use: 

Our church van is available for use by TOTH parishioners.  Drivers must be authorized and on our insurance.  Forms are available in the church office.  Van must be reserved 2 weeks in advanced.
