ADMINISTRATION MINISTRY

Objective: to assist the Rector in addressing the administrative matters of the church, including personnel, communications, office operations and administrative policy development.

Activities:

  • Support oversight of parish personnel, including the development and maintenance of position descriptions and personnel policies.
  • Support oversight and direction of parish office operational and budgetary issues.
  • Establish parish administrative policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain facility use agreements and policies.
  • Encourage parish communication through Tidings, bulletin boards, etc..
  • Establish general contractual agreements not handled through other ministries.
  • Review and ensure adequacy of parish liability and other insurance policies.
  • Assist Rector in personnel matters, as requested.
  • Update annual inventory of office equipment.
  • Oversee Van usage and Support

 

Kelly Hall:

Kelly Hall is available for rental for wedding receptions, dances, concerts, etc.  Rental application available in the Church Office.

 

 

TOTH Church Van use: 

Our church van is available for use by TOTH parisheners.  Drivers must be registered with our insurance.  Forms are available in the church office.  Van must be reserved 2 weeks in advanced.
