LENTEN POTLUCK SOUP SUPPER AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM 2006
This year our ecumencial Lenten Potluck Soup Supper and Educational Program with Bethleham Lutheran Church and IHM Catholic Church is at IHM Catholic Church each Wednesday from March 8th to April 5th. Soup supper starts at 6:00 and Lenten Program starts at 6:40. Childcare and Youth programs are included!
Thanks to all who helped with the March 15th Soup Supper. We are still looking for volunteers for March 29th!
TOTH is hosting the soup supper on March 15th and March 29th. We are asking for each soup supper:
- 22 crock-pots of soup (10 servings)
- 4 crock-pots of child-friendly soup (10 servings)
- 10 donations of 2 loaves of bread (or equivalent of muffins, rolls, etc.)
- 5 dontations of 1 lb tub of butter or margerine
- 5 fruit salads or fresh fruit plates

We are also looking for someone willing to photograph the event and someone else to create a display on the Parish Life bulletin board.
Instructions:
If you are bringing soup or fruit salad: Please bring it to IHM between 5:30 and 5:45. Please bring own ladle/serving spoon. Index cards for identification of soup will be provided.
If you are bringing bread: Please bring to IHM between 5:30 and 5:45. If possible bring plate or basket for serving.
If you are bringing butter: Please bring to IHM between 5:30 and 5:45. Knives and/or serving dishes will be provided.
If you are setting up: Please plan to be at IHM at 5:15. All supplies will be there along with detailed instructions.
If you are cleaning up: We may do a quick clean up before the classes start, but most of the clean up will be done after the worship service so that we may also nourish our minds and souls.
