DIRECTIONS TO RANCHO NAMBE - TOTH PARISH PICNIC - June 24th 2007:
Drive towards Pojoaque
When you get to Hwy 285, go under the overpass, as if going to Cities of Gold Casino
At the stop sign, turn left - *** BEGIN CLOCKING THE MILES HERE ***
Go on the road around the hill with the big "P" on it.
Stay on this road and you will pass over 7 speed humps. Just after the speed humps, the Pojoaque Wellness Center will be on your right. Continue on the same road.
At 1.9 miles from where you began clocking the miles, the road splits. Take the RIGHT fork - which will put you on an unpaved road. (the left fork is paved at least at the portion you can see)
Keep driving for one half mile - the road ends at the gate into Rancho Nambe. There is a sign that says 'private road - do not enter'. Continue through, as we are all invited for the day.
Parking is tight - consider carpooling!
