Learn how the pipe organ works
Summer Program for ages 7+

Pedals, Pipes, and Pizza is a summer program designed to introduce children and adults to the pipe organ by explaining the instrument through demonstrations, show and tell, and open console time.

11am – 12pmDemonstration and show and tell
Receive a free booklet with information about the pipe organ and enjoy a
hands-on demonstration of how an organ pipe works! Hear the sounds of
the organ and learn about the basic components of the instrument.
12 – 12:45pmPizza in Kelly Hall with local organists
Sit at a table with an organist! He or she can tell you about what they do and
why they play the organ.
12:45 – 2pmOptional open console time for students
Want to try your hand? Take a seat at the console and play the organ.

Children under 18 are $5, and attending adults are $10.
Pre-registration is helpful but not required. Cash will be accepted at the door.

If you and your child are attending, please use the Paypal link twice to select first your child and then yourself. Your tickets will be listed with the purchaser’s name and payment.
